We all need a little help from time to time. Counseling provides an objective, non-judgmental place to discuss your situation. All services are private and confidential, pursuant to state laws and ethical regulations. Confidentiality, the counseling process, fees, and limits will be discussed in the first meeting.
If you think you may want to give counseling a try, you can call me to ask questions or schedule an appointment. We’ll meet so you can let me know what’s prompted your visit, and I’ll ask you some questions to understand your personal history and whatever difficulties you may be having. If we both decide that counseling would be helpful, we can schedule a few appointments to give it a try.

There are many benefits to counseling; generally, counseling can help decrease problematic symptoms or issues and increase your strengths and positive strategies. You may see some benefits after a few weeks of working together, though be aware that you may not notice immediate results.
Counseling is a collaborative process that will take some time to unfold. We will work together to set your counseling goals, and I welcome you to share any questions, concerns and needs you may have in order to optimize your counseling experience.
