My fee is $150 per session, including our first meeting. Payment is due in full by credit card or check at each session, and I will file an insurance claim to be remitted directly to you.
I am a provider for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Montana and Allegiance. Please bring your insurance card with you to our first meeting.
If you have other insurance, I can provide the necessary information so you can file an out-of-network claim and receive some reimbursement.
